Wine Bottles and Corks

I like the idea of wine. Thinking of sitting on the back patio with our new gas fire pit from Costco and sipping on a glass on wine. That sounds peaceful and relaxing right?
Whelp.
It would if I didn't make a funny face every time I smelt it OR drank it. :)
Any who. I outsource to close friends for the wine bottles, or use ones from the hubs after we have parties.
Back to crafts.

I painted these bottles a mellow green color and topped the top with jute. After feeling like I burnt all my finger pads from the hot glue, I added a dab of hot glue to attach some "loop-de-loop" pieces that connect the bottles. They have a little clip for hanging pictures. The font on these is from Cricut Calligraphy.

Above is my attempt at working with corks. I bought a wood letter A at Hobby Lobby. I painted the letter the same color as the wine bottles above (all went to the same place) and then glued the corks. It took more time than I would like to admit.

I really like the black with the red on this bottle set. I also wrapped the top with the jute. The bottles say, "Live, Laugh, Love." There are little flowers on the bottles as well. The font is from Cricut Calligraphy and the flowers are from there as well.
